Order & Delivery

• Products are delivered within 2–4 working days after order confirmation
• Delivery time may vary based on your area and courier availability

Return & Refund Policy

1. If your baby doesn’t like the food, introduce it slowly following our feeding guidance.
2. If still refused, you can contact us with the cooking process you followed, and we’ll assist.
3. If your baby still refuses to eat, we are proud to be the first in Bangladesh to offer a return/refund policy for baby food.
4. You can return it within 5 days of delivery.
5. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, notify us within 24 hours.

Storage & Usage

• Use within 3 months from manufacturing date
• Once opened, use within 30 days
• After cooking, feed the baby within 2 hours
• Always use a clean and dry spoon
• Do not refrigerate (to avoid moisture contamination)
